Fit check
Who it suits, and who should look elsewhere
Who it suits
- You want a fully documented low-EMF cabin: maker page, two manuals and a factory-warranty page.
- You want the lightest published shell among the fully documented cabins in this shortlist; the weight row has the figures.
- You value real owner discussion existing for this model — while still judging the cabin on published specs, not testimonials.
- You can meet the published electrical requirement (Non-GFCI plug-and-play; dedicated circuit stated) and fit the published exterior footprint (48" × 42").
Who should look elsewhere
- You need one agreed maximum temperature: the maker, the manual and the Amazon page summary differ. The table shows the maker-based value and marks it Needs confirmation.
- You need a published warm-up time or a power figure without conflict: the manual and the Amazon copy differ.
- You need to buy from the maker today: the maker page shows the model sold out.
- You need a wood-structure warranty longer than one year.

Warranty wording
The factory-warranty page describes the coverage "under the Dynamic brand name" even though the product is sold as Maxxus; we record the wording rather than widening the coverage.
Health-adjacent claims (EMF, red light, chromotherapy, detox) are manufacturer or seller claims. We record them as claims and draw no health conclusion.
Spec-based take
Our read on the Maxxus Seattle
The Seattle is the shortlist’s lighter, low-EMF, fully documented option, and its manual publishes the most useful heater and circuit detail. The trade-off is a cluster of small conflicts — dimensions, power and several temperature descriptions — plus a short wood warranty. Judge it on the manual figures and confirm the retailer’s stock.
This judgement comes from the published specifications only. We have not bought, installed or measured this cabin, and we do not publish star ratings or review counts.
Model options and naming
- MX-J206-01 (this page, Low EMF) and MX-J206-01-ZF (Near Zero EMF) are different models. Specs are not merged between them.
- The maker page is sold out while Amazon and Home Depot list the same model number; check the seller before buying.
